We are looking for a Preschool Room Leader who is passionate about developing a strong team and knows that attachment is the key to all aspects of caring for children

You must hold an Early Years relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification, and have experience working with children.

We want our team to succeed, we do this by providing a range of empowering training opportunities, from trips to Play Iceland to informative and insightful inset days.

We value and encourage all team members to be the best version of themselves.With the Nursery Manager you will co construct your targets so they are tailored to your professional development encouraging and supporting your childcare career 

Being a Preschool Room Leader is a diverse role with responsibilities that include, leading and developing your staff team, communicating with parents, building a positive relationship with our families, planning projects and following enquiries with children.

We are looking for applicants that hold a relevant qualification at level 3 or above. If you share our ethos and are a motivated, reflective, and an enthusiastic educator we would love hear from you.
